FARNOVA GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (“Farnova”, stock code: 8153.HK) was incorporated in 2000 and listed on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 2001. The Company focuses on developing two core businesses:

(I) Provision of advertising campaign planning services in Hong Kong and China;

(II) Production and sales of new energy vehicles in China.

Looking ahead, the Group is confident in the prospects of the cultural industry, including advertising, film and television, and new media. Throughout the world, especially in China, the cultural and media industry presents huge business opportunities. The Group intends to develop new energy vehicles and related businesses, which may include the production and sales of new energy vehicles. The core team of the Company comes from world-famous automobile companies. The design team hired by the Company has a long-term strategic cooperative relationship with the design companies and teams in Italy and Germany. Our customers include Volkswagen, Audi, Ducati, Lamborghini, FCA Group, and IDG.

Farnova’s new energy vehicles adopt carbon fiber materials. Its high intensity and low density enable Farnova to establish the core market competitiveness of "lightweight", "one-time molding" and "low-cost" for its new energy vehicles, which are unique in the market. The Company is the only automobile enterprise with the large-scale application of carbon fiber materials for the body in China.

Ranking the top in the world in heavy truck technologies

In 2015~2016, the actual controller of the Company acquired [Perlini], a heavy truck company with technology ranking the top in the world, and obtained the relevant patents, a complete set of production technology, production equipment and core operation team.
