FARNOVA GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (“Farnova”, stock code: 8153.HK) was incorporated in 2000 and listed on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 2001. The Company focuses on developing two core businesses:

(I) Provision of advertising campaign planning services in Hong Kong and China;

(II) Production and sales of new energy vehicles in China.

It has received 2,000 international orders for buses, including the orders from London, Paris and Hong Kong, which are scheduled to be delivered in 2021. Re-Tech Automotive Design Center and ESISTE Group will serve as the board consultant of Farnova for its new energy vehicles. The two parties will jointly provide a full range of services for new energy vehicles in China, including the design and production of supporting parts and international market consulting.

Top design team

The core team of the Company comes from world-famous automobile companies. The design team hired by the Company has a long-term strategic cooperative relationship with the design companies and teams in Italy and Germany. Our customers include Volkswagen, Audi, Ducati, Lamborghini, FCA Group, and IDG.

The new energy vehicles of Farnova meet China's new energy vehicle standards as well as the European new energy vehicle standards. The Company cooperates with many well-known domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises in the design, research and development.

Outlook

Looking ahead, the Group is confident in the prospects of the cultural industry, including advertising, film and television, and new media. Throughout the world, especially in China, the cultural and media industry presents huge business opportunities. The Group intends to develop new energy vehicles and related businesses, which may include the production and sales of new energy vehicles. The management will continue to develop sound business strategies and explore further investment opportunities for the Group, in order to increase and improve the shareholder returns.
